Precision Optics & Glare Control
Each luminaire is fitted with precision-machined reflectors, micro-prismatic diffusers, or asymmetric lenses that direct light exactly where it is needed — onto planting beds, along pathways, or grazing textured walls — while eliminating upward spill and glare. Beam angles range from narrow spot (10°) to wide flood (60°), with optional elliptical distributions for linear elements.
Marine-Grade Material & Finish Durability
Housings are CNC-machined from 316 stainless steel or architectural-grade aluminium with polyester powder coat or PVD finish. All surfaces undergo multi-stage passivation and are tested to ISO 9227 salt spray and ASTM G154 UV weathering standards, guaranteeing corrosion-free service in coastal, high-humidity, and freeze-thaw environments for decades.
Customizable Height, Form & Mounting
Standard heights from 150 mm to 1200 mm; bespoke dimensions available. Choose from cylindrical, square, tapered, or stepped profiles. Mounting options include direct burial with integrated ground spike, surface-mount base plate, or pre-cast concrete anchor for permanent installations.
Warm, Consistent LED Light Engine
High-CRI (Ra > 90) LEDs in 2700K, 3000K, or tunable warm white produce natural, flattering light for foliage and materials. Proprietary thermal management using the luminaire body as a heatsink ensures L90 > 60,000 hours with stable colour and output over the entire service life.
Integrated Controls & Smart Landscapes
Compatible with DALI-2, 0-10V, and Bluetooth Mesh protocols for integration with landscape lighting control systems. Optional embedded PIR sensors enable adaptive dimming when paths are unoccupied, maximising energy savings and minimising ecological light trespass.
Bespoke Finishes & Brand Identity
Beyond standard stainless steel, black, and dark grey, Vermat offers PVD coatings in bronze, brass, and champagne tones, as well as custom RAL colours. Laser-etched logos or discreet branding can be integrated into the luminaire body for signature installations.
