Bespoke Profile Design

Every Vermat trim begins with the profile — the cross-sectional geometry that determines its visual weight, shadow line, and functional grip. Our engineers work from architectural drawings to extrude, press-brake, or roll-form custom shapes in stainless steel. From minimalist flat bars and L-angles to complex shadow gap channels, curved radius trims, and multi-component reveal systems, we fabricate profiles that precisely match the design intent and technical requirements of the project. No off-the-shelf shape is off-limits to reinvention.

Unlimited Finish Palette

The surface is the signature. Vermat offers the full spectrum of stainless steel finishes: mirror-polished for crisp, high-end reflectivity; hairline-brushed for a soft, directional texture; bead-blasted for a uniform, matte sophistication; and PVD-coated in champagne, gold, rose gold, bronze, or black for a dramatic, durable tint. Anti-fingerprint treatments preserve clarity on high-touch trims. Custom RAL colours and etched patterns extend the palette even further, allowing the trim to either blend seamlessly or stand out as a deliberate contrasting accent.

Our trims are delivered with engineered fixing solutions — concealed clips, magnetic attachments, adhesive channels, or mechanical fasteners — all designed to ensure perfect alignment, rapid installation, and a flawless visual line with no visible screws or fixings. Corner joints are precision-mitred, welded, and polished as required, achieving a continuous metal ribbon effect around doorways, along corridors, or across expansive feature walls.

Integrated Functionality

Vermat trims do more than decorate. Profiles can be engineered to house LED strips for continuous ambient or accent lighting, creating floating illusions or highlighting architectural features. Corner guards and edge protections are reinforced to absorb impact without deformation. Reveal trims conceal expansion joints and accommodate structural movement. Skirting trims can integrate cable management channels. Where fire safety is required, intumescent inserts are incorporated to seal gaps and maintain rated barriers — all hidden within the trim geometry.

Total Dimensional Flexibility

Standard lengths, custom coils, or single-piece runs up to 6 meters — Vermat adapts to the scale of the project. Profiles can be as slender as 5mm for subtle shadow gaps or as substantial as architectural columns for grand statement entrances. Thickness, depth, and width are tailored, and curved profiles are available to follow arched openings or rounded walls with millimeter precision.

The non-porous surface of stainless steel naturally resists bacterial growth, making Vermat trims ideal for healthcare, food service, and laboratory settings where stringent hygiene is required. For exterior applications — façades, entrance portals, balconies, and plinths — 316-grade stainless steel withstands UV, rain, frost, and salt-laden air without rusting or fading, ensuring the trim line remains pristine for decades.
