Where craft meets collection.
A truly exceptional wine collection deserves more than storage — it demands an environment engineered to preserve, protect, and present. The Vermat Cellar Collection transforms wine cabinets into precision-controlled sanctuaries where temperature, humidity, light, and stillness are orchestrated with scientific rigour. Every cabinet is a bespoke creation: from the architectural framing of stainless steel or thermally treated aluminium to the hand-finished hardwood interiors, integrated LED illumination, and discreet climate control systems. Whether designed as a private tasting room centerpiece, a statement wall in a luxury residence, or an intimate cellar within a fine-dining establishment, Vermat wine cabinets are crafted to honour the wine and the collector alike.

Features
Precision Climate Control
Dual-zone or multi-zone temperature systems maintain a constant environment — typically 12–14°C for reds and 8–10°C for whites — with fluctuations limited to ±0.5°C. Integrated humidity management (60–70% RH) prevents cork drying and label deterioration. Compressor-based or thermoelectric cooling options are selected according to the installation context and acoustic requirements, with all components concealed behind architectural panels for a seamless aesthetic.
UV-Protected Glazing & Light Management
Full-height, low-emissivity glass doors are treated with UV-filtering interlayers that block over 98% of harmful ultraviolet radiation while preserving crystal-clear visibility. Integrated LED lighting systems are tuned to a warm 2700K–3000K spectrum with no UV emission, and programmable dimming allows the collector to set the perfect mood — from dramatic display to near-darkness for resting wines.
Bespoke Racking & Interior Fit-Out
Every interior is individually composed to the collector’s inventory and aesthetic preferences. Configurations include horizontal resting racks, inclined display shelves, magnum and large-format bottle storage, and dedicated decanter or stemware zones. Materials span hand-rubbed hardwoods (oak, walnut, teak), powder-coated or anodized aluminium, and leather-wrapped shelving accents. Label-forward or cork-forward presentation is fully customizable.
Vibration & Acoustic Isolation
Compressor components are mounted on anti-vibration dampers and housed within acoustically lined, isolated compartments. Racking supports are cushioned to decouple bottles from structural vibration, ensuring that delicate sediments remain undisturbed — a critical consideration for long-term aging of fine wines.
Architectural Framing Systems
Vermat applies its façade and interior systems expertise to the wine cabinet structure. Frames are precision-fabricated from stainless steel or thermally broken aluminium, available in a full spectrum of finishes — mirror-polished, brushed, PVD-coated in gold, bronze, or black, and custom RAL colours. The structural framing can be floor-to-ceiling, walk-in, island, or fully recessed, integrating seamlessly with the surrounding architecture.
Smart Control & Remote Monitoring
An integrated digital controller maintains precise climate parameters, with optional Wi-Fi connectivity for remote monitoring via mobile app. Real-time alerts notify the collector of temperature excursions, door-open events, or filter-change reminders. Smart home integration (KNX, Crestron, Control4) enables seamless operation within the broader residence automation ecosystem.
